Introduction to Booking System

This is how it works.........!

The online booking system is a credit based system. Progress through the following easy stages to make your bookings:

1) Click on Register to set yourself or your firm or company up as a user. You will be notified by e-mail of your own unique password to access the system. The password can subsequently be amended when access is gained to My Account.

2) Login to My Account and Set Up Delegates including yourself who you will be sending on SWSCA courses. You can add further names at any time.

3) Purchase Credits in advance to cover the places on the courses you wish to book. If you want to participate in the discount scheme, eight credits for the price of six, then the credits must be purchased in batches of eight.

4) The system will produce an invoice for settlement which will be sent to you by e-mail as an attachment together with a confirmation of your registration to the SWSCA Courses Online Booking System. Please pay the invoice by return.

5) Having purchased credits go ahead and book delegates onto courses. Your booking of places will be provisional until payment is received. Any unused credits will be carried forward for future use, but remember credits must be purchased in blocks of eight to take part in the discount scheme.
