REMITTANCE FEES AND VAT

Remittances for course fees/credits including VAT should be sent to SWSCA Courses as soon as bookings are made online and the system produces an invoice. All bookings will be treated as provisional until receipt of full payment.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations and transfers online are not permitted within five days of the event. If you wish to cancel within this period please contact SWSCA Courses by telephone or e-mail for a repayment or transfer to another course to be made subject to an administration fee of £10 + VAT.

IF SWSCA COURSES CANCELS

It may be necesary to cancel or postpone due due unforeseen circumstances. SWSCA Courses' liability will be limited to a refund of the course fee.

DOCUMENTATION

Course documentation can only be provided to those who book to attend the course.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAMME

SWSCA Courses reserves the right to make changes to any event without notice.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

SWSCA Courses cannot be responsible for any personal belongings.
